Safety & Regulation

All barriers installed by Leinster Gate Automation are compliant with legislation. As with commercial gates and other automation, there is an onus the manufacturer of a system, the installer or person/company who adds automation, and/or also on the owner, manager or landlord to maintain/ service and repair in conjunction with the relevant safety standards & legislation.

The following legislation, which require that ‘reasonable and practicable’ steps are taken in relation to safety, is applicable to workplace owners and managers:
